Story

Stories are how people become engaged. Sofi provides away for everyone involved to tell their story of the enterprise. Each sphere has a perspective and Marshall Ganz' Leadership Story, his approach to storytelling for action is simple: Tell the story of Me (from the POV of that preferred sphere), the Story of We, some or all of the associated, linked, spheres, and The Story of Now, the story of action to improve the function of some link or set of links. The whole enterprise is the combination of these stories.
